I moved to Finland by the age of 15, and in secondary school, I excelled in art and sewing classes. By the end of school, I received stipendi scholarships two years in a row for my achievements in crafts and textiles. That recognition gave me the confidence to buy my first sewing machine and start creating more seriously at first just for fun, but always with care and attention to detail.

Even though I initially chose a stable path and became a practical nurse, I realized after four years that something inside me was missing. Helping people was meaningful, but it didn’t feed my creative spirit. I’ve always loved solitude and learning in my own space, and it was in those quiet moments that my creativity resurfaced and reminded me of where my true passion lies.
